My third year was difficult because the virus moved everything to online and acting online was a challenge. I also never got to do work experience during third year but now that everything has opened up in fourth-year I find it better to be face to face. We are in the middle of a professional production which is enjoyable and challenging. I will miss the course and my friends when it finishes in June. I plan to continue acting in the future.
I chose performing arts was because I was always interested in acting from a young age. In my first-year learning lines was a bit of a struggle but its’s something I’ve worked on. I also learned how to prepare for each character I play which makes it easier to know why he is the way he is and what his role is about.
